What is the proper Potassium to Sodium ratio ?

Just to say that the best suited foods for humans are variety of vegetable is definitely not sufficient. Once again balance is the key.

For example, eggplants, figs, red raisins, red cabbage, potatoes, oranges, and cane or beet sugar are extremely acidic or yin if you will. They are all very rich (too rich) in potassium (K) and vitamin C and therefore very acidic. On the contrary, meat, fish, eggs, pumpkin, carrot, yam, apple, cherry, and strawberries are actually more on the alkaline side meaning they are richer is sodium (Na) content and therefore more yang.

By many accounts, the ideal proportion of Potassium to Sodium is five to one making the natural unpolished brown rice the front runner and therefore the perfect food ! As it contains in itself the perfect balance of five to one. There you have it !

Proper Dosage, Proper Balance, and Maximum Energy (Chi) are Fully Related

We see it everywhere. Whether it is a car battery, a personal computer, a light bulb, an airplane, a business operation, an economic system, or any other system it may be, those that are properly balanced produce the best results and last the longest. The same is true for the very sophisticated electro-chemical-magnetic-mechanical human body.
And as complex as human body and nature may be, one gauge, one factor, and one main ratio is fundamental to human health and that is, the ratio of potassium to sodium, or acidity to alkalinity, yin to yang, or metaphysically speaking "the desire to receive" to "the desire to share" . This very basic gauge and awareness of it can be the key to freedom from all diseases as almost all are due to absence of proper potassium to sodium balance/ratio.
